Stephen Moreno is a Mortgage Consultant and Sales Manager with Capital City Home Loans, based in Saint Simons Island, Georgia. A proud native of the Golden Isles, Stephen specializes in helping clients secure mortgages throughout Southeast Georgia and lends across multiple Southeastern states.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University, where he was an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and other student organizations. After graduation, he launched his career in customer service and sales before returning to Saint Simons to begin his banking journey. Starting as a teller, Stephen quickly advanced through roles in personal banking, home equity lending, branch management, and ultimately mortgage lending.
