Karen is a fourth-generation Atlanta native. She grew up in
Brookhaven, GA and currently lives in Roswell with her husband and goldendoodle.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys gardening, traveling, exercising, and spending
precious time with family and friends. She is passionate about giving back to
the community and helping to raise money for single women with children
struggling in their current life situations, while also providing education on
financial awareness and the path to future homeownership. Karen is a proud
mother of two and most importantly, loves being known as “Yaya” by her two
grandchildren.
Professionally, Karen is a Producing Sales Manager with 30
years of experience originating mortgages and managing sales teams across the region.
She works with a wide client base from first-time homebuyers to the
high-net-worth individuals and strives to provide a smooth stress-free mortgage
experience. With her attention to detail and extensive knowledge, Karen works diligently
to understand and meet her clients’ needs and goals. Building lasting
relationships and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction are always at
the heart of her approach.
Karen has been a top producer throughout her career and is a
25-year active member of Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia earning Gold,
Platinum and Diamond awards for production. Her continued involvement with MBAG
helps her stay informed about industry changes, compliance, regulations and
governing requirements.
