Corey Novotny has been with Capital City Bank since 2003,
helping clients with home purchases, refinancing, and construction-permanent
(CP) loans. With over 20 years of experience, he especially enjoys working with
clients who build homes and values the strong builder relationships he has
developed throughout his career.
Corey is from Jonesboro, GA, and graduated from Valdosta
State University with a degree in Business Management. Corey is married to his
wife, a teacher of more than 20 years, and has two children—Evan, who plays
travel baseball, and Ava, who loves dance and musical theater. In his free
time, Corey enjoys golfing with friends and spending quality time with his
family.
