Diana was born in Medellín, Colombia and was raised in St. Petersburg, Florida.
She received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of South Florida and started her career in the financial services industry in Chicago, IL. Diana went on to earn a Master of Business Administration and moved to San Francisco, California to pursue a career in banking. She returned to the Tampa Bay area in 2010 and has been a mortgage loan officer since 2013.
Diana’s focus is on the first-time homebuyer and non-QM market. Her passion is to make homeownership a possibility for all her clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers navigating the steps to becoming homeowners, or established buyers purchasing second homes or investment properties.
Diana is a member of the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber and the St. Petersburg Chamber. She serves on the board of PCAT Literacy Ministries in Hillsborough County, the Kiwanis Club of Gulfport in Gulfport, FL, and the Caravel Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution in St. Petersburg.
Diana has a keen interest in genealogy and history and takes a walk in the morning to get the day started. She loves to help others reach their goals whether in business or through the non-profits she works with. Diana looks forward to helping CCHL customers in the same way!
